According to information from Bloomberg, Apple will unveil AirPods with USB-C charger next month. The presentation could take place during the back-to-school conference scheduled for September 12.
Bloomberg describes them as “ Updated AirPods », but we do not know if it will be a new generation or simply an update of the charging case.
This information joins that which emerged as early as March after analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, a well-respected industry observer, said that USB-C rechargeable AirPods would likely arrive this year.
USB-C would also arrive on the iPhone 15
Note that almost all Beats headphones, owned by Apple, are now equipped with USB-C ports.
