Google is organizing an event in New York on October 4 to present its new Pixel devices, including its two Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones.
However, the most impatient will not have to wait until then to discover them, because Google has just posted a 360-degree simulator of the Pixel 8 Pro, showing it from different angles.
Three colors available
The simulator presents the smartphone in three different colors: Licorice (black), Porcelain (gray) and Sky (blue). It also confirms some information leaked about the Pixel 8 Pro, such as the presence of a temperature sensor on the back, next to the cameras. Its function has not been specified, but it is assumed that it will be used to take the user’s temperature and check if they have a fever.
The simulator also shows a SIM card slot, which means that future owners will still be able to use a physical SIM card in addition to the eSIM. However, no technical specifications were mentioned, but knowing Google, we should be entitled to other leaks with this information in the coming days.
Note that the simulator for the basic Pixel 8 is not yet online.
