Honor X50 is unveiled with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and a 108MP cameraHonor X50 has been just unveiled in China. This smartphone is built around a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 3D curved sides, a 1.5K resolution, 10-bit color bit depth, 1920 Hz PWM dimming, and a 1200-nit peak brightness. The display covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color space and has a native refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen adorns an elegant body and the X50 happens to be the first in the world to obtain the Swiss SGS five-star drop-resistant certification for the entire device. Not only the screen is drop-resistant, but the ten sides of the smartphone are rated as such. The brand-new “Honor Tai Chi Cushioning Structure” is at the core of the model’s protection. By using innovation in both technology and materials, Honor has achieved a new height of anti-dropping with two sides, four sides and four corners, and ten sides without dead ends! Every aspect of the Honor X50 has withstood the hardcore testing certification process.

Honor X50 also has an ultra durable battery life. It packs a 5800 mAh battery that even after 1000 charge-discharge cycles maintains a health percentage of more than 80%. The battery supports 35W fast charging. Processing power is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The camera department comprises a 108MP main shooter adjoined by a depth sensor on the back and an 8MP selfie snapper on the front. The model runs on MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13 and is available in Elegant Black, Sunshine after Rain, and Brown Blue colors with a glass rear shell. There’s a Flame Orange version with a faux leather rear shell finish.
The X50 sales start on July 14 and the model is priced as follows:
