Huawei has unveiled today in China the nova 11 series of smartphones which comprises three models. They share one and the same mobile platform – Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G with up to 4G LTE connectivity only. The trio also runs on HarmonyOS 3.
Huawei nova 11 is available in Color No. 11, Obsidian Black, Snow White, and Dawn Gold colors. With a flat front and rear design, it boasts a 6.7-inch OLED display with an FHD+ resolution of 1084 x 2412 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit color bit depth, and DCi-P3 color space coverage. Its camera department comprises a 50MP main shooter and an 8MP ultra-wide unit on the back, while on the front, there’s a 60MP selfie camera with an f/2.4 aperture capable of 4K video recording. Power is supplied by a 4500 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. The nova 11 has 256GB/512GB of built-in storage and is priced as follows:
- 256GB version – CNY 2949
- 512GB version – CNY 3349
Huawei nova 11 Pro is available in the same colors as its vanilla sibling but has a patterned finish on the green and black which uses a faux leather rear shell, while the other two color options remain glass. It features a slightly larger 6.78-inch OLED display with a slightly higher resolution of 1200 x 2652 pixels with all other display parameters being the same. The rear camera department is also unchanged, while on the front, the 60MP main selfie snapper is adjoined by an 8MP close-up camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The battery sports the same 4500 mAh capacity but the charging speed is increased to 100W. The nova 11 Pro also has a 256GB and a 512GB version and is priced as follows:
- 256GB version – CNY 3449
- 512GB version – CNY 3949
Finally, there’s the Huawei nova 11 Ultra. It is completely identical to the Pro version with one major difference – the Ultra model supports Baidu’s satellite communication technology. It also has only one 512GB version priced at CNY 4449. The available colors include Color No. 11 and Obsidian Black. The main camera on the back has a variable aperture from f/1.4 to f/4.0.
