Xiaomi is preparing to renew its mid-range with the announcement on September 21 of four new smartphones, the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+. A second presentation will probably take place before the end of the year for the international market, but most of the details will be revealed in a few days.
The first images of the Redmi Note 13 and 13 Pro
The Chinese manufacturer has already shared several images of the smartphones. They have thin bezels, and what appears to be a metal chassis. The images also reveal some details such as the presence of a 200 MP photo sensor on the Pro and Pro+ models, as well as Gorilla Glass Victus.
Xiaomi also confirmed on its official Weibo account the presence of an Amoled panel whose brightness will reach 1,800 nits, which will place them among the best in their category. To put that into perspective, that’s double the brightness of the Redmi Note 12 Pro.
The design of the Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro varies, with one being slightly curved, while the other adopts a more traditional flat back.
