Xiaomi launches the Redmi Note 12 Turbo in China with a

Xiaomi has just launched the Redmi Note 12 Turbo in China. This smartphone is based on Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset that combines a 2.91GHz octa-core CPU with an Adreno 725 GPU. There are 8GB/12GB/16GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB of UFS 3.1 storage on board. The latter cannot be expanded. The device is built around a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 10-bit color gray depth, FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 1000 nits of HBM. The display is Dolby Vision and HDR10+ certified. It has a punch hole for the 16MP selfie camera, while on the back, there’s a trio of shooters. The main one uses a 64MP sensor with PDAF and OIS. It is adjoined by a 120-degree, 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro lens. Power is supplied by a 5000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. The model runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 and supports NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, and Wi-Fi 6E. It is also fitted with an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, and a USB Type-C port. The Redmi Note 12 Turbo is available in three colors – Carbon Black, Ice Feather White, and Sea of Stars Blue. There’s also a fourth version dubbed Harry Potter Edition, which is in black with the Harry Potter series logo etched on the rear shell. This version is available only with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The model is priced as follows:
